Nurturing Roots Mothering Circle

A Circle of Warmth, Wonder, and Tender Beginnings

The Mothering Circle provides a nurturing space for Mothers and caregivers to have deeper conversations and be in community while connecting to their babies. Through quiet observations, parents witness the natural unfolding of their child and develop new ways of seeing, listening and being with their child. Explore artistic activities to reflect and strengthen intuitive capacities. Discover the joy of singing lullabies, massage and playing games with your baby. Develop rhythms and routines for self care and the healthy development of your child. Enjoy wholesome foods prepared together to support your well being and your growing baby.

Session are 6 weeks long and held on Tuesday mornings.
9am-10:30am –  Expecting Mothers and babies up to 6 months
11am-12:30pm – Mothers with babies crawling up to 1

*Children ages 1–3 are invited to discover our Sweet Pea Program—crafted especially to nurture this early stage of growth and wonder.
