Deposits, Discounts, and Fees
- Tuition deposit (non-refundable): $600/child or $800/family with 2+ children
- The tuition deposit is due at enrollment and is included in the annual tuition cost
- Class fee (non-refundable): $200 for Kindergarten
- Class fee (non-refundable): $300 for grades 1, 2, 5, 7, and 8
- Class fee (non-refundable): $400 for grades 3 and 4
- Sibling discount: 10% off annual tuition for the second child
- Sibling discount: 20% off annual tuition for each additional K–8 child
- Optional tuition protection fee: $250
After School Care
Grades Continuing Care is available daily until 5:30 PM at $8/hour by contracted schedule, or $12/hour for drop-in care.

- 2-day Program (Thursday–Friday): $4,325/year
- 3-day Program (Monday–Wednesday): $6,700/year
- 5-day Program (Monday–Friday): $10,150/year

After School Care
Stargarden Continuing Care is available daily from 12:45 PM–5:30 PM at $8/hour by contracted schedule only (no drop-ins).
- After Nap/Rest: pick up at 3:00 PM — $16/day
- Mid-afternoon: pick up by 4:00 PM — $24/day
- Late Afternoon: pick up at 5:30 PM — $36/day
Parent-Child
The Sweet Pea Parent-Child program meets one day a week for two hours a day for children from birth to 3 years of age.
Weekly Schedule
Wednesdays–Fridays, 9:30–11:30 AM
Pricing
- 2026 Fall Session (14 weeks): $500
- 2027 Spring Session (14 weeks): $500
- 10% discount on any additional classes for the same session
- $100 fee for each additional child attending on the same day
- One-time application fee: $25

What is the tuition for Kindergarten and Grades 1–8?
Tuition is $12,700 per year.
What deposits are due at enrollment?
For Kindergarten and Grades 1–8, the tuition deposit is $600 per child or $800 per family with 2+ children. For Preschool, the deposit is $200 per child or $300 per family with 2+ children.
Are sibling discounts available?
Yes. K–8 families receive 10% off annual tuition for the second child and 20% off for each additional child. Preschool offers a 50% reduction on one tuition for a second child in Preschool.
Do you offer after-school care?
Yes. Grades Continuing Care is available until 5:30 PM, and Stargarden Continuing Care for Preschool is available from 12:45 PM–5:30 PM.
Financial Assistance
Live Oak uses School and Student Service (SSS) to evaluate tuition assistance applications. Tuition adjustments can be up to 15% of tuition, and the SSS application fee is $60.

If tuition is still a challenge after the SSS process is complete, families may also submit a written request to the Children’s Fund for additional consideration.
