Choosing a private school is a thoughtful and financially conscious decision for a family. Live Oak Waldorf School is dedicated to providing the finest education while remaining financially fair and inclusive to each family. We strive to make it possible for any committed parent to create a place for his or her child at our school regardless of the family’s financial circumstances. Based on need, we do offer financial assistance to our families if/when needed throughout our years together.

2024-25 Tuition and Fee Information

Deposits, Discounts, and Fees

Deposits are $600/child or $800/family (with 2+ children). The total amount of the deposit must be paid at the time of enrollment. This deposit is included in the total amount of tuition for the year.
Sibling discount:
- only applies when the same parties are financially responsible for both children
- A second child is 10% off of the Annual Tuition
- Third and additional children (K-8th only) are 20% off of Annual Tuition
- Third and additional children (Preschool) are 10% off of Annual Tuition
Class Fee
- $200 for Kindergarten
- $300 for grades classes (1st, 2nd, 5th, 7th, 8th)
- $400 3rd and 4th grades
Tuition Protection Fund (optional) - $250.

After School Care

Grades Continuing Care is available daily until 5:30 PM and is purchasable by scheduled contracted hours at $8 per hour
(drop-in rate: $12 per hour)

Pricing

2-day Program (Thursday - Friday): $3,952/year

3-day Program (Monday - Wednesday): $6,111/year

5-day Program (Monday - Friday): $9,254/year

Deposits, Discounts, and Fees

Deposits are $200/child or $300/family (with 2 or more children). The total amount of the deposit must be paid at the time of enrollment. This deposit is included in the total amount of tuition for the year.
Sibling discounts: we offer a reduction of 50% off one tuition for a 2nd child in the preschool only.

After School Care

Stargarden Continuing Care is available daily from 12:45 PM-5:30 PM and is purchasable by scheduled contracted hours at $8 per hour (no drop-ins).

Stargarden Continuing Care Schedule:

After Nap/Rest: Pick up at 3:00 PM; $16/day
Mid-afternoon: Pick up by 4:00 PM; $24/day
Late Afternoon: Pick up at 5:30 PM; $36/day

Parent-Child

The Sweet Pea, Parent-Child program, meets one day a week for two hours a day for children from birth to 4 years of age.

2023 Fall Session (September 6th - December 20th, 14 weeks): $448

2024 Spring Session (January 8th - May 5th, 14 weeks): $448

Deposits, Discounts, and Fees

There is a 10% discount on any additional classes for that session
There is a $100 fee for each additional child (attending on the same day) enrolled in the program.
There is a one-time $25 application fee.
