Sally Hargate
Sally Hargate is an Auburn native who has been familiar with Live Oak Waldorf School for most of her life. Although she was not able to attend, she has many close friends who have graduated from the school, and she always wanted her children to attend. Ms. Hargate holds a BA in Art Education and a Museum and Galleries Certificate from Humboldt State University and is a CA-credentialed art teacher. She worked as a tour guide and orientation counselor during her time as a student at Humboldt. After graduation, she taught art in public schools, dabbled in social work, and enjoyed a ten-year career in Student Affairs at UC San Diego prior to joining Live Oak Waldorf School. In her spare time, Sally volunteers at the Fieldhaven Marketplace, paints, draws, crochets, hikes, bakes, and makes ice cream.
