Justine Pojanowski-Todd
Justine grew up in the Bay Area in a family of artists and performers. From a young age she recognized the ways that art works upon the soul, and she enjoyed a first career as a professional ballet dancer. Justine discovered Waldorf Education and LOWS when she began her own family. She was drawn to Waldorf Education as an education that empowers children to impart purpose and meaning into their lives and that acts as an invitation to all of us to walk the path of beauty. In her final year at The Bay Area Center for Waldorf Teacher Training, Justine also holds a BA from New York University in Early-Twentieth Century European Modernism, an MA in English Literature from the University of Texas, and twelve credits in Early Childhood Education. Justine has taught dance to children of all ages and worked in various capacities in art museums and institutions of higher education. Justine is proud to have two daughters who are flourishing at Live Oak. In her free time, she loves to be in her flower garden, sing, read, and make a great many things with her hands.
Justine Joined Live Oak is 2023.
