Marianna Windes
Marianna and her family have been members of the Live Oak Waldorf School community for over eight years. Throughout this school year, she has served as Live Oak’s Grades Support Teacher, a position that has afforded her opportunities to teach, assist, and observe classes across all eight grades. She also serves as Live Oak’s Pentathlon Coordinator and previously held the position of Outreach Coordinator during the 2022/2023 school year.
Marianna is pursuing her Waldorf Teaching Certificate through Antioch University. She holds a B.A. in Art History and Italian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and spent the first 14 years of her career in government communications, training, and policy development.
Marianna lives with her family in Auburn, where she enjoys gardening, cooking, hiking, and spending quality time with her dog, cats, chickens, and cow.
